Output when the Defender removes quarantined files

According to "MpCmdRun.exe /?", we can remove quarantined files with "MpCmdRun -Restore".(MpCmdRun.exe /? tells the following:If -Path is specified, the item will be restored to the specified path, but won't be removed from quarantine list.
