I've run into a frustrating circumstance. Yesterday Outlook 365 (desktop install) just stopped connecting to our server. The same documented password has been used for more than a year and Outlook repeatedly requests that I enter a password several times and never really remains connected for any length of time.
I've tried changing the password, Outlook repairs, Uninstalling office (ccleaner cleanup, reinstall), I've tried deleting, creating, and repopulating a new profile. Nothing has helped.
Still Outlook365 works perfectly fine with the old or new password.
While not critical (Because the online works) it is extremely inconvenient and very annoying.
