We use Office365 for email. We have approximately 75 mail users. Yesterday one of the people informed me that she's been trying to email me for several days but has never received a reply. I tested her system by sending an email to my account and nothing registered on my phone or my desktop. Due to the nature of her role she sends email to pretty much everyone all the time. I'm not sure why one domain user would have an issue sending to any other another domain user. Being this is office/outlook365 I'm not really sure where to begin looking to resolve this matter.
