Outlook Teams Add-in keeps unchecking itself

Hello,

I have a strange problem. Outlook Teams Add-in keeps unchecking itself. I check it and next day or a couple of days later, my Calendar Teams Meeting button disappears and Outlook Teams Add-in is unchecked.

Any ideas?
