Outlook Signature shows white image block

Hello MS Office Gurus - Our branding is changing and we are trying to update Signature block in Outlook. The signature contains links and images. The image is coming as white block. I tried both the format HTML and Richtext. Also, signature in an email when we read on mobile Outlook app and Mail app is messed too. I have read Create and add a signature to messages but it doesn't shows images. We are using Office 2016. The images expanded too.




WITH white spaces



Also, Is there any way IT team update all the user's in the firm's signatures? User may not be able to set by themselves correctly.

Please guide.
