A customer has two screens. A laptop and a desktop monitor connected to a docking station. They're all Dells.
When <g class="gr_ gr_18 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="18" id="18">customer</g> moves Outlook from <g class="gr_ gr_46 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="46" id="46">laptop</g> screen to monitor screen -- every few times she does this it changes into a line. She can expand it back out but if moves again from one screen to the other it happens again.
Done windows updates, driver updates, and office updates. It worked for about a week and <g class="gr_ gr_77 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="77" id="77">then</g> problem <g class="gr_ gr_78 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="78" id="78">reoccured</g>.
Modified display size so they were both the same. (before <g class="gr_ gr_112 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="112" id="112">laptop</g> was 150% and monitor was 100%). That worked for a week.
Opened up <g class="gr_ gr_140 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" data-gr-id="140" id="140">a individual</g> email and moved it. Then resized. That's working currently but I doubt it will last.
Does anyone have other suggestions?
