We have emails where the HTML version and the plain text version of the content are specified.
On another email client (e.g., Thunderbird), when set to view in plain text only, it correctly displays the plain text version that we sent.
However, in Outlook (version 2016 at least), when we change the settings to view plain text only, it does not display the correct text version we sent. It appears to generate it's own text version based on the HTML.
Is this a known issue?
Thanks.
