We are facing the weird issue in Outlook Search

OS – WS 2016 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.2828)

MS Office 2016 32 Bit – 16.0.4738.1000

WS 2016 master image created from Citrix Provisioning Services.

On my WS2016 XenApp Server, only First 3 Users Logins can Search in Outlook and from 4th User login, no one can Search in Outlook.

Event ID: 34 - Failed to get Crawl Scope Manager with error=0x80004002

Event ID: 35 - Failed to determine if the store is in the crawl scope (error=0x80004002).
