I recently transferred the DNS of a website of the company I work for and installed an SSL certificate.
Having since done that, the staff with emails connected to that site as a whole are experiencing difficulties with their email.
If one of their profiles in Outlook is set up automatically, it will only display internal emails from within the company.
If one of their profiles is set up using IMAP in Advanced Setup, changing the ports to reflect the changes as part of SSL certification, they can then read all external emails, but have no history of previously sent or received emails, and can no longer view internal emails from within the company.
It would appear I have both pieces of the puzzle, yet no idea how to put them together. Any input or advice would be very much appreciated.
