I have link my office email to my outlook 2010 using IMAP. However, the .pst file reach up to 40gb when the actual size shown on my gmail shows only 15gb. Why is this so? What are the other item inside the .pst that is causing the large different in size?
The main question is: Is there any recommended setting i can use to reduce the size? Or anyway i can reduce the size? I tried compacting it but its only a short term solution. Thank you.
