Outlook open up while playing games

i have window 10. i don't use outlook often. but while playing any pc games. game minimizes by itself and outlook open up in between playing games. it is very annoying.maybe some keyboard key combination opening outlook. please provide a resolution ot how do i uninstall outlook completely.***moved from Outlook / Windows / New Outlook for Windows / For home***
