Outlook Office 365 missing mail inbox problem

Hi,

I'm beginning to doubt my memory/eyesight. I chased several emails that were supposed to have been sent from the same address, all within a few minutes of each other. I was looking out for them and I saw nothing in my inbox from the address in question. I only found them a few days later when I did a search on the address name exactly as described, sent within a few minutes of each other. I would have bet the mortgage they hadn't arrived but there they were. Am I just losing my marbles?
