Outlook not displaying items in inbox sub folders

Hi All,


Got a very strange problem, a customer using office 365 with an online exchange.

In Outlook their inbox has several sub folders. Emails in these sub folders are not visible

When going to the office portal and logging in there, the sub folders are the same and the emails are visible

I have created a new profile, does exactly the same, downloads the emails(tells you it is updating the folders) when finished the emails in the sub folders are not there

I have tried every possible switch I can think of when opening Outlook but makes no difference.


Pulling my hair out with this one, it just does not make any sense
