Outlook (New) Error When Opening An Attachment

I had a user explain they have been receiving an error message when trying to "open" attachments in e-mail messages while using Outlook (New). They get a pop-up saying "Error occured while opening the file. Please try again"I tried to recreate the problem using the same latest Version 2412 (Build 18324.20194).
