Outlook Intermittently disconnecting \ trying to connect to server

I have:
set the emails up on a different machine and they stay connected.
updated drivers
updated Windows
updated Office
network reset
uninstalled and re-installed Office Home and Business 2016
sfc scan
created a new Outlook profile
set emails up on new Windows profile

Emails have fairly recently move to O365

Any ideas please?
