Hi,
I have set up an exchange account with an username@company.com email address. There are several email enabled groups (like division@company.com), with send as rights assigned. If the user enables the From field in outlook he can select the group and then send email with the address specified for it.
However, for each new message, the user needs to select the group for the From field (user mostly sends emails as division@company.com). Is there an option to specify a default value for the From field? (I know about the default account, but we are not using shared accounts, but groups).
I found an add-in which is supposed to solve the problem, but paying $7000 for this feature is not an option (paying at all, is not an option).
