The recent software update (16.24) to the Outlook clients on Macs appears to be causing excessive login prompts for our users, especially triggered when switching from hard-wired to Wi-Fi or after the computer awakes from ‘sleep’ mode. These login pop-ups can be simple closed and Outlook remains connected.
Anybody else seeing this behavior?
Deleting keychain items related to Office for Mac does not fix.
Our setup:
Exchange Online Plan 1
MFA 2 factor authentication is on for all users
Office 365 for Business Plan 1
MS Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
