Hi ,

I have Outlook for Mac Configured ( via Outlook 365 ) on my Apple Mac Book Pro - 2018

  • Email Service Provider is Gmail.
  • Configured Via POP
  • Used Ports For Incoming Mail :- 995
  • Used Port For Outgoing mails :- 587
  • Set to Auto Receive/ Fetch Mails Every 2 Mins
  • Have a Few Rules Configured to get Mails in Required Folders
  • Mail is Also Configured on My Phone Gmail Account
  • Also Configured On Mobile Via Outlook for Android Account ( where it arrives almost same time as in Gmail)

Problem :-

<style type="text/css">p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; line-height: 15.0px; font: 12.0px Verdana; color: #000000; -webkit-text-stroke: #000000; background-color: #ffffff} span.s1 {font-kerning: none} </style>
The mails are very slow to get to the Outlook Inbox and often Senders Complaint of me Being Very Very Slow in Responding to Critical Mails, hence i have to log-into my Gmail Web Account and Check the Mail to respond and Its being a pain to work in two email clients or have to Sit in front of computer and keep pressing send and receive for manually receiving the same .

It's Gets SUPER SLOW if i have not used the Outlook on MAC for say 2 days , then it takes almost double the time to SYNC.Given the Size of my Mails BOX , i cannot afford to uninstall and install again - and sync mails from past again.

Any Help - to Resolve would be great .

Many Thanks

Brahm Alreja
