Outlook Email Pin Problem

Hi, Inbox Outlook has the attention required alert on. Clixk on it to fix and get the message something went wrong and your PIN isn't available. You can reset your pin by going to Settings/Accounts/Sign In Options 0x80090016. tried to reset my pin and it still does not work. I can't receive any mail on my outlook account. Help!!!
