Outlook Email: Deleted contact but person still gets emails from former Contact list

I am serving as the webmaster for a group. At request of a former member, I deleted her contact information both under All Contacts and as member of a Contact List. I checked the list of people in the Contact List and she is NOT listed. But, she just emailed me, complaining that she still gets email messages for this Contact List. I don't see her contact information on outlook email People - All Contacts or Contact Lists. What can I do?
