Outlook Duplicate Email Remover/ Contacts

I looked into this product but it seems to only "clean" (scan and remove duplicates) for Emails, not for all-important contacts (people). does anybody know if it can do that, as its website if very obtuse and doesnt seem to mention removal of duplicated contacts. Thanks , Terry in Australia
