HiMy Outlook Classic does not work after my Microsoft 365 subscription was renewed last week. I have tried SCANPST and the repair steps -with no success. SCANPST said there were 101 errors which it repaired but I get the same error messages when I try to open Outlook Classic.In addition - somehow the file type of my pst file is now changed to AU Format Sound, and I cannot save as the file, I cannot open the file, I cannot choose an outlook app to open the file.Can anyone assist please?The pst file size is 13GB.
