Outlook disconnects when VPN connected.

Hi All,

Right now my Org we are facing issue with home users.

when ever they connected VPN, Outlook got disconnected.

when ever VPN disconnected, outlook is working connecting back.

any solution for this. few users when we uninstalled windows updates KB4556799 and KB4552931, it is resolved for few days.

off. this is not issue with patches. reinstalled Cisco VPN, outlook, reimaged the machine etc.,

please suggest any other solution or right path to check this issue.
