Outlook crashes when try to compose new email

Hi,

I recently updated outlook and now i am experiencing crash when click " New email ". Outlook crashes and re-open again only when click on "New email ". Reply to the email works fine.

Event viewer is throwing this error:

Running outlook in safe mode doesn't throw any errors. From Outlook safe mode, i can compose email just fine.

Any thoughts?
