We have a user reporting that they could not launch Outlook on a new replacement system. When Outlook starts, the splash screen is displayed setting up Outlook for the first time and begins loading settings until it disappears/crashes. This can be reproduced on multiple machines as follows:
The mailbox has been moved to a new database, and mailbox repair requests have been successfully run against it.
The odd thing is that 64-bit Outlook has zero issues connecting to this mailbox. Every 32-bit Outlook we've tested with has crashed, and every 64-bit we've tested with has worked. Any ideas with what could be causing the crash? We captured 2 different crash codes below.

- Happens on Windows 7, Windows 10 (1803), Windows 10 (1903)
- Happens on Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 (32-bit for both)
- Happens for new profile, new OST, and in safe mode
- Launching Outlook immediately after reboot has actually gotten the Outlook window to display after the splash screen, but it ends us disappearing/crashing. We've only gotten the crash details (at bottom) from the Windows 7 machines.
