Outlook Course.

After installing Office 2016 standard on my computer every time I open a mail from Outlook, the Outlook Course. This means that I click on a specific mail to open it in a separate window. It closes automatically so I can not work on it
In order to try to solve the problem I made a correction and re-create a profile, I removed the add-in but without success

Would appreciate help
