Outlook (Client Only) rules keep getting disabled

Good morning,

one of my users needs to archive some email from specific senders in some subfolders of his mailbox so I creates some simple Outlook rules.
Since he needs to see on his smartphone when such messages arrive if he's not at his desk, I set up these rules as "On this client only" on the Outlook of the PC, and everything worked correctly.

After some days the rules stopped working, when I checked on his Outlook I found them in the rule list colored in red and disabled.

So I "repaired" just by opening the editing wizard and completing it without modifications. So they worked correctly, but just for some more days before getting disabled and red again and again.

Is this a bug? Did someone experience this kind of issue? Is there a workaround to avoid the rules to get automatically disabled periodically?
