Outlook App (latest version) constantly ask to re-enter password

Hi

This has been frustrating me for months now. Outlook App is constantly asking to re-enter password. As a long time and yearly subscriber to MS this is not good...and very frustrating

I have a Samsung Note 9 (was also issue in Samsung S7) I have deleted and reinstalled app, cleared DATA, changed passwords numerous time, spent hours calling my ISP Bell Canada ..no issues on their end.

My email gc360@bell.net and joe.carretto@bell.net ..works on the Samsung email app and on web mail and everywhere else laptop too ..except OUTLOOK APP

I have delete and reinstalled the email account many times ..works for 1-2 days then same thing ..

Will try anything ..please help ..frustrated in Toronto, Canada
