Outlook 365 will not launch from the STARTUP folder.

Can't get my email client Outlook 365 to run at startup.Note: This is the paid app that comes with Office -- not the free web-based Outlook.What works:I can add Word to my startup folder at:C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartupThen it will launch OK when I boot my Windows 11 Dell laptop.
