Outlook 365 sent emails also show in drafts. Can't delete in safe mode either

In Outlook 2013, sent emails were still showing in my drafts folder. Unable to delete them. Have now switched to Outlook 365 and drafts are still there. Have restarted Outlook 365 in safe mode and tried deleting drafts--no luck. Have reset minute counter to save drafts to zero.

What else can I try?
