Outlook 365 Pro Plus strange behavior

We are seeing some strange behavior with Outlook where you are on Inbox and click Contacts or Calendar button at the bottom left but nothing happens, the screen doesn’t change to Contacts or Calendar. The only fix is to close and reopen Outlook. Anyone else seen this?
