I've seen some similar questions here, so hopefully this is the appropriate venue for this.
I am on Office 365 ProPlus, C2R version 1908, but I still have the Options > Permission drop down instead of the Options > Encrypt button on new messages.
If I restart Outlook, open a new message, and immediately go to the new message Options > Permission drop down, the Encrypt Only option is there. However, 20-30 seconds later if I check the drop down, it is gone and only the Do Not Forward and Confidential options are there.
Subsequent new messages do not have the Encrypt Only option. If I restart Outlook, it comes back briefly as described above.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
Thanks,
