One of our clients has 4 users running our application via Remote App, and has Outlook 365 installed on the server running our application. Two of the users can send email from our software fine, and two of the users get the error:
"Error sending Email
Cannot create the e-mail message because the data file to send and receive messages cannot be found. Check your settings in this Microsoft Outlook profile. In Microsoft Windows, click the Start button, and then click Control Panel. Click User Accounts, and then click Mail. Click Show Profiles, select this profile, and then click Properties"
We have tried creating a new profile, and this has not resolved the issue. We have also confirmed that the profile is marked as default. The profile looks right and points to the correct location for the data file. I am at a loss, as two users work and two do not, with the same version of our software and the same version of Outlook.
Is there anything user specific on the Outlook side that might be causing this?
