When in a shared group calendar, the Send to OneNote button is not available to the user.
Made sure that both the OS and Office has all the patches installed, all the solutions that I have been able to find refer to Outlook and OneNote 2016. The one or two solutions I have been able to find refer to making sure that they both have the latest updates installed.
The company has not updated Windows 10 to 1909 yet and is still testing to make sure that all the software they use will work with that version of Windows.
I was able to get it work with a shared group calendar that I have access to and even had the option to share my notes from that calendar meeting. However the end user that is trying to use this feature, the option is not available to her.
I'm at a loss and have been trying to find a solution to his issue for the last two weeks and the people in this company keep sending the issue back to me and appears that they are unable to provide any answers or solutions.
