Outlook 2019 not connecting to Exchange Server 2010

I am trying to configure Outlook 2019 on a new Surface Pro to connect to our Exchange 2010 server. It repeatedly asks for the user id and password and never connects. Most of our computers have Outlook 2016 or earlier, but we have one other computer with Outlook 2019 and it is able to connect to the Exchange server. Any suggestions? Thanks.
