Outlook 2016 send/receive times on shared inbox emails aren't synced.

Not a 911, but I'm just curious as to why this has been happening with only one of our shared inboxes (enterprise office environment). It appears that the receive time in the Outlook inbox doesn't match when you open the email in a separate window.


Any ideas for a fix or as to why this could be happening? Picture attachment will be available once my account is verified.
