Dear all,
I'm trying to set-up a view "quick step" action in Outlook 2016. It looks promising but the funcionility that i want is nog available. Does anybody know if this is 'by design' not possible or perhaps if there is a work-around?
Goal of my Quick step: Select folder* > copy e-mail to this folder > apply green category to this e-mail.
Above works but i encounter the following problems:
1) Select folder is only available for my offline folders. The public folders I cannot select. But with the instruction "move>copy to folder" which I can select with a right-mouse-click it is possible to select an public folder.
2) Assigning a category is always performed. Even if I cancel the quick-step. So even the e-mail is not properly copied, the category is assigned anyway.
Hope somebody can help.
