Outlook 2016: Outlook Locking Up when trying to add senders address to contacts

Good Afternoon,

I have an end user who received an email from an outside source and he is trying to add their contact information to his contacts list. He opens the email and selects "Add to Outlook Contacts" and when he does it just hangs and never does bring up the Add Contact Page.

Has anyone else every experienced this or any suggestions?
