Hello,
I have had an issue for the past 2 weeks now. So We have upgraded from Office 2013 to Office 2016 (ver 16.0.4739.1000)
I am getting an issue where I cannot Preview Word Documents in Outlook 2016. it states "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it". I can in Office 2013 (We reverted to test).
Things we've tried:
-Registry checks to verify Word Previewer (No issues found)
-Group Policy checks and Attachment Handling checks (Word Previewer is still checked and good)
-Uninstall/Re-Install Office 2016 (Still made no difference)
If you have any solutions that doesn't involve re-imaging the machine, really appreciate it.
