outlook 2016 not showing "shared folders" with default settings

In a test setup with exchange 2016 and outlook 2016, I have created a shared mailbox, and allowed FullAccess to it via a group.

I can open this shared mailbox via the 'open these additional mailboxes' and it shows in the folder view.

However when I remove it from the 'open these additional mailboxes' I do not have the 'SharedOnPremMailbox' section like displayed on [1]

I have the 'Download shared folders' and 'Download Public Folder Favorites' enabled.

What else should I check to get this listed?
