Outlook 2016 meeting invite - No response required

Hi all,

In Outlook 2016 when I create a meeting and Uncheck Request responses, the attendee still sees the options Accept/Tentative/Decline. They dont have the drop downs though in each of them like Send, Do Not send and Edit and send. The invite also shows Meeting organizer has not requested a response. I want the invite to show No Response Required , Change Response only.
