Hi All,<o></o>
Been looking around threads and forums can't seem to find an answer to my current dilemma.
I have a few users experiencing issues with their Outlook 2016 - when they try to open up any recurring appointment, Outlook just hangs and their screen goes white. I've been trying to troubleshoot the issue for the past couple of days but haven't gotten anywhere. Hoping someone might suggest something I haven't looked at or tried.<o></o>
Version of Outlook: 2016 16.0.6001.1078) 64-bit on Exchange 2013 CU12.<o></o>
When expanding the details option after forcing Outlook to close this is what it shows:<o></o>

A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.
Problem signature:<o></o>
Problem Event Name: AppHangB1<o></o>
Application Name: OUTLOOK.EXE<o></o>
Application Version: 16.0.6001.1073<o></o>
Application Timestamp: 56ff9518<o></o>
Hang Signature: a2c0<o></o>
Hang Type: 0<o></o>
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.4<o></o>
Locale ID: 4105<o></o>
Additional Hang Signature 1: a2c0e07d68a98dc56e10c80d43ce6515<o></o>
Additional Hang Signature 2: abfe<o></o>
Additional Hang Signature 3: abfe1505b3d8f1bd897af6845468c5a9<o></o>

In the Application Event Viewer I get "Application Hang" Event ID "1002".<o></o>
I've tried the following to narrow down the issue:<o></o>
Outlook Calendar Best Practices<o></o>
Outlook not responding, stopped working, freezes or hangs<o></o>
KB2413813<o></o>
Plus the OffCAT Analyzer Tool - which showed no errors and the results were clean.<o></o>
Still no luck and the hanging still occurs.<o></o>
If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions it would be appreciated.<o></o>
