Outlook 2016 desktop client does not accept password

A few days ago this all started when I opened up my Outlook 2016 desktop client to check my emails using my personal Outlook.com account. All of a sudden, I can’t sign-in into my account since it doesn’t accept my password on the password prompt like from the image I posted here. Its not letting me create an account because It does not accept my Outlook.com account password. I can sign-in using the Outlook.com in my web browser, OneDrive, from my mobile devices, but not from my Windows 10 desktop.

Everything with Outlook on my desktop was working well a few days ago.

I even tried adding a new Outlook Profile, but that dis not work, because it kept asking me the password in which it did not accept.

I am not using Two-Step-Verification and never had.
My account is a LOCAL ACCOUNT on Windows 10.

Tested this on my other laptop and have the same issue.
