outlook 2013 standalone version is not able to connect with Email account for 100 users

Below warning users coming for 100 users from yesterday afternoon. it is showing updating inbox & mail didn't receiving. Below is the screen shot of the same. On OWA it is working, only through outlook client it is not working.
