At some point during a Skype call, the Calendar ribbon advances past the meeting I'm currently in, and if my connection drops, I have to switch to the full Calendar view, click on Today, then find my meeting, open it (and no, I don't need to always see all occurrences of this meeting), then finally I can click on the meeting and rejoin. This is totally annoying. I would love it if I could scroll back up on Today and see the meetings that just passed, as well as scroll down the list past tomorrow to see meetings later in the week.

Also, what happens with Skype for Business is that while I'm trying to rejoin the call, the app is busy updating all of my IM windows, and so the UI is completely unresponsive until it has updated all the names and then I can finally rejoin to my meeting (completely terrible when you are the presenter).

Finally, I often need to sign in to my work VPN prior to activating Skype for Business (because it fails when VPN is not yet active), yet it is a race between my VPN sign-in (which I know will fail) and fighting for top of window control while I type in my VPN password. Can't you let me set a timer to wait before trying to activate Skype for Business? (sorry, this pent up frustration has all been building up for awhile now..)
