Hi!
One of our staff members at our school has an urgent problem (as all her work heavily revolves around emails and so they must be categorized, marked, or flagged) whereby if she marks an email in a shared mailbox as 'Complete', the tick next to the email will not show up. This issue will persist with any sort of flags applied to any emails - regardless of whether she will reopen outlook, click out into another mailbox and back in, etc.
The problem will also follow her around regardless of which networked computer she logs into, however other users with access to the same shared mailboxes and emails will not get this problem, or they will have the same problem which is worked around by clicking out into another folder and then going back into the previous mailbox/folder after applying a flag/mark- and the ticks or appropriate flags will appear.
I can confirm that cached exchange mode is switched off, I have tried to delete and re-create her mail profiles on each of the computers, carried out a profile reset (so that any Outlook settings in her roaming profile are cleared) however I still have not had any luck with resolving this problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions? From what I understand this issue is being originating from the Exchange server, as the issue still follows her around.
Many thanks
Martin
