We are having a small issue. When staff are working from home, we require MFA for office 365 via Conditional access policies. These appear to be working fine, however we have noticed that when Outlook 2013 starts, the SAML logon box appears, and prompts them for the SMS code. This window then hangs, causing outlook to hang. You can't type the code into the box and you can't continue.
It seems to be related to addins, but we can't be sure.
I am reluctant to remove MFA and we can't upgrade these staff to Office 2016 yet.
Any ideas?
