Hi,
I have a user that has two devices ; Windows 7 and Windows 10 pc , both of which are running the latest version of Outlook 2013.
The issue; If the user saves a draft email on his Outlook 2013 Windows 7 PC, and open it's in Outlook 2013 Windows 10 environment, the email formatting somehow gets corrupt. I have replicated this issue each time.
The message tends to become corrupt by just modifying the draft message. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps;
1. Online repair of Office
2. Recreated Outlook profile
3. Deleting normal templates
4. Installed latest Office updates
The only way we have managed to resolve this issue, it performing the following manual steps each time;
1. On the Windows 10 PC, open the draft email
2. Click in the body of the email, and modify the draft email
3. before saving or printing the draft, to "Reset to default Style Set"
Is there a way to stop this behaviour?
