On one of the PCs, since updating windows 10 to version 2004 it is not possible to connect outlook 2013 to the mail server, I uninstalled outlook, erased all traces of the registry and reinstalled it, uninstalled Norton 360.
User and password are correct, as well as all the parameters given by ISP
When I test the account settings I get:
Login to Incoming Mail Server (POP3): Outlook cannot connect to Incoming Mail Server (POP3). If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet access provider (ISP).
Login to SMTP Server: Outlook cannot connect to outgoing mail server (SMTP). If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet access provider (ISP).
How can i solve this problem?
