Outlook 2013 crashes when deleting meeting invite (shared cal)

Hi - My first post. One of my user who has access to multiple cal is having issue when deleting single or recurring meeting from the shared cal. When the user tries to delete they are presented with the option do you want to delete the meeting, if it is single meeting or if it is recurring meeting do you want to delete this particular meeting or the entire recurring meeting. As soon you say Yes or No outlook crashes and there is a event in the event manager with following error. Not sure how to fix the issue.

I have done the following so far but none worked.

1. Removed and Reinstalled Office 2013

2. Removed and created a new outlook profile

3. Deleted and created a new user profile

4. Tried on a different machine with Office 2013
